Loan Application Checklist

There are a few important pieces of information that you’re going to need to get started on securing a home loan. For starters we’re going to need pay stubs for the last 30 days, statements for each bank account, mutual fund and/or investment account for the last two months and an estimated value for personal property.

If you are self employed we’re going to need tax returns for the last two years and year-to-date profit and loss statements.
