LOAN PROCESSOR

We are looking for an experienced, professional Loan Processor to join and grow with our talented and dynamic team!  Come work with the best in the mortgage industry.  We are a Full Service Direct Lender located in the Santa Clarita Valley.  This is a full time position with competitive salary, vacation, and health benefits .

Qualifications:

You are the right candidate if you have 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience in FHA/VA/Conventional loan guidelines, procedures and practices. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the loan process from beginning to end including loan origination, processing, underwriting, and funding.

Candidate should have at least three years of experience of actual loan processing including:

• Ordering and reviewing credit reports
• Appraisal knowledge
• Comprehending Overlay Guidelines
• Reviewing and calculating income
• Calculating Mortgage Insurance
• Analyzing assets
• Reviewing collateral package
• Opening Title and Escrow
• Familiarity with Investor locks
• Familiarity with Subordinations

DE UNDERWRITER

We are a Full Service Direct Lender providing residential loans directly to the consumer as well as being a 3rd party resource to referral sources.

We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated, full-time Underwriter.  Come work with some of the best in the Mortgage Industry!

We offer competitive compensation, medical, 401K.  This position is full-time.

Duties will include:

• Evaluate loans in order to maximize organizational profit and minimize risk or loss
• Analyze credit and provide recommendations regarding qualifications and risks
• Provide and maintain a strong knowledge of State and Federal compliance guidelines
• Publish underwriting dispositions
• Clear conditions
• Analyze change requests

Qualifications

• Minimum of at least 5 years of experience as a Senior Underwriter
• Proven track record of clean underwriting
• Excellent understanding  of California mortgage loan documentation
• Knowledge of FHA Underwriting Guidelines and/or currently a FHA Designated Underwriter
• VA mortgage experience
• LP/DU experience
• DE Certified
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
